[iOS] FX/Glass/Stained BumpDistort shader reduces performance on iOS devices
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Build the project for iOS.
3) Deploy to a device via Xcode.
4) Open the app.
The scene contains three cubes and a particle system using 'FX/Glass/Stained BumpDistort' shader. There is an FPS counter. On older devices, FPS drops to as low as 2 FPS in this scene on various devices.
Reproduced on:
iPad 3, 9.2.1
iPad 2, 8.1.3
iPhone 5, 7.1
