[iOS] DISABLE_TOUCH_DELAYS define causes a warning on iOS 12 devices
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (or create a new one)
2. Build for iOS
3. Build Xcode project and deploy to iOS 12 device
4. Notice the warning is thrown on startup:
[Warning] Trying to set delaysTouchesBegan to NO on a system gate gesture recognizer - this is unsupported and will have undesired side effects
Reproduced with: 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a3
Tested with:
iPhone XS (iOS 12.0) - Reproduced
iPhone X (iOS 12.0) - Reproduced
iPhone 8 (iOS 11.0) - Not reproduced
