[iOS] Depth Texture in CommandBuffer and customized Depth Of Field Shader will damage the RenderTexture
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "PostEffect.zip" and open in Unity
2. Open "DebugScene" scene
3. Build for iOS
4. Deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
5. Observe that whole iPhone screen is corrupted
Notes:
- This issue appears only on iOS
- On Android, this issue does not reproduce
Tested with:
- iPhone 7s Plus iOS 12.0
- iPhone X iOS 12.1
Reproduced on Unity 2018.2.0a7, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0b5 and 2019.1.0a3
Not reproduced on Unity 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.0a6

Latest issues
