[iOS] Debug .pdb files are added to iOS release builds
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-supplied project
2. Build on iOS
3. Open the build on Xcode
4. Navigate to Data > Managed and observe the .pdb files
Expected result: .pdb files are not included in release builds
Actual result: .pdb files are included regardless
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a8, 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.39f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.0a7
Notes: reproducible on 2019.3.0a8-2019.3.8f1, 2020.1, 2020.2
