[iOS][Metal] CPU spikes on SkinMeshRenderer when GPU skinning is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Download the Test.zip project from the cloud (link in the comments)
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
3. Profile the Player and observe the CPU spikes
Actual: CPU spikes occur
Reproducible with: 2018.3.13f1, 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.4f1, 2019.1.0b1
Regression in: 2018.3.5f1, 2019.1.0b2
Reproducible with:
iPhone 6 (iOS 11.3.1)
iPhone 7(iOS 12.1.4)
Not reproducible with:
iPhone 5 (iOS 10.1.1)
iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 12.0)
Note:
Not reproducible with: Desktop builds, OpenGLES3
Could not find regression on 2019.2 because of the thrown errors, also build fails trying to test on Android
