[iOS] 'Automatically add capabilites' doesn't work
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open attached project (GameCenter-TestProject-master.zip)
# Switch to iOS
# Make sure 'Automatically add capabilities' is enabled (in Player Settings/Other)
# Make a build & open the Xcode project
*Actual results:* Game Center capability is added in the generated Xcode project.
*Expected results:* Game Center capability is not added.
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.11f1, 2023.3.0b7
*Not reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.31f1
