[iOS] Application Hangs when a button calls to Application.OpenURL()
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Built and deploy the project to iOS
3. Press the "Open URL" button
4. When the browser opens, quickly swipe up from the bottom to switch back to the application
5. Press the "Open URL" button
Expected outcome: The UI does not freeze
Actual outcome: The UI freezes

Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Mini (iOS 17.3.1, User-provided information), iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1)
Notes:
- The issue is also noticeable by clicking the button containing Application.OpenURL() after swiping up from the bottom back to the app quickly without opening the browser previously.
- After the app freezes, if you background it and open again from the task viewer, the UI resumes.
