[iOS][A8] Only transparents are rendered with URP
To reproduce:
1. Clone https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/UniversalRenderingExamples
2. Build 'UnityOcclusionDemo' scene for iOS platform
3. Deploy to device
Expected result: Scene is being rendered properly (compared with Editor)
Actual result: Only transparents are being rendered
Unity versions:
Reproduced: 2019.3.2f1(URP 7.3.0), 2020.1.0b1 (URP 7.3.0, 8.0.1). 2021.1.0a3 (URP 10.1.0)
