[URP][Metal] Opaque objects are rendered black when MSAA is enabled and Quality Settings of URP Asset are modified via script
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached 'URP_Template.zip' project
2. Go to File-> Build Settings-> Switch to iOS Platform
3. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
4. Press gear icon in the top-left corner of the screen
5. Press 'High' in 'Quality' settings
6. Pan the viewport camera
Expected result: Scene is rendered as presented in Editor
Actual result: Opaque GameObjects and Skybox are rendered black
Reproducible with: 7.3.1(2019.3.15f1), 8.1.0(2020.1.0b10, 2020.2.0a12)
Not reproducible with: 7.1.8, 7.2.1(2019.3.0f6)
Could not test: 2018.4.23f1 due to errors thrown in the Console
Reproducible with:
