"Install with Unity Hub" link from Build Settings doesn't check submodules of android build tools in Hub
Steps to reproduce:
0. Make sure your editor installation doesn't have Android Build module already installed
1. Create new project
2. Open Build Settings window (File -> Build Settings...)
3. Select Android build target
4. Click "Install with Unity Hub"
5. Observe the pop-up in Hub
Expected results: Android Build module is checked, submodules are checked and expanded as well
Actual result: Android Build module is checked, submodules are not expanded and not checked
Reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2022.1.0b1
Notes:
- Tested with Hub 2.4.5
- Hub 3 opens up with checked main and expanded submodules which are not checked, also doesn't check submodules if you recheck the checkbox
- If the checkbox is unchecked and checked again, the submodules are expanded and checked as well, so likely just need an updated link on the button in Build Settings
