InputDeviceTester sample doesn't register controller joystick movements, directional pad and trigger input when "Devices" is set to 'Keyboard & Mouse'
How to reproduce:
1. Ensure a controller is connected
2. Open the attached “IN-83330“ project
3. Open the “InputDeviceTester” scene
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Ensure that “Devices“ is set to 'Keyboard & Mouse'
6. Try pressing and moving all buttons on the controller
7. Observe the “Other Inputs“ window
Expected result: Every action is registered
Actual result: Joystick movements, Directional Pad input and Trigger Button input is not registered
Reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1), 1.10.0 (2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1, 6000.0.17f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (user), Windows 11
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue was tested using an Xbox wireless controller
