[Input System] Virtual Mouse and system mouse position is desynchronized
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (case_1234316.zip)
2. Connect any Gamepad
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Move the cursor using the Gamepad
5. Move the cursor using the physical mouse
6. Repeat Step 4
Expected result: Mouse cursor continues moving from the current position
Actual result: The cursor snaps back to the position previously set by the Virtual Mouse (Gamepad) and continues moving
Reproduced in: preview.5 - 1.0.0 (2019.3.9f1, 2020.1.0b5), preview.6 - 1.0.0 (2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5)
Could not test with: preview.4 - 1.0.0 and lower (Virtual Mouse script unavailable)
