[Input System] IME input is not working in Editor and runtime
-e: when using the New Input system the IME input for the editor and at runtime is not working
-repro:
--open attached scene
--switch input to an IME language (Japanese, Chinese, ...)
--try renaming a GO in the editor or type into the uGUI text field during playmode
--NOTICE: IME input options are not triggered

I faced same problemed.
It seems that it is fixed in 2019.3.
But I have to continue to use 2019.2 still now.
Is there some way to avoid this by modifying Input System Package?
