Player Input does not work when working with Input System 1.1.1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "Movement Bug Report Project.zip" project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the W-A-S-D keys
Expected result: The "Character" GameObject moves around
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible with: 1.1.1 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15)
Not reproducible with: 1.2.0 (2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15)
