[Input] [Samsung S Pen] Input.mouseScrollDelta Y-axis is changed when using Samsung S Pen
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project '1378504.zip'
2. Build and Run the application on an Android device
3. When the app loads on the device, touch and swipe through the screen with an S Pen
Expected results: The mouseScrollDelta Y-axis value is always 0
Actual results: The mouseScrollDelta Y-axis value is changing to other values than 0
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.14f1, 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a14
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00316, Samsung Galaxy Note10 (SM-N970F), Android 9, CPU: Exynos 9 Series 9825, GPU: Mali-G76

Hello! Any estimates when the fix will be available in release versions (not beta)? The latest version where S-Pen works is 2020.3.16.

Hi! I've found another related bug with S-Pen: IBeginDragHandler, IDragHandler, IEndDragHandler don't work. It looks like Unity changes 'scrollDelta' instead of 'delta' when dragging with S-Pen.
