[Input] [Samsung S Pen] Input.mousePosition does not change when touching and swiping screen with S Pen
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project '1367125.zip'
2. Build and Run the application on an Android device
3. When the app loads on the device, touch and swipe on the screen with an S Pen
4. Inspect logs in logcat
Expected results: The values printed in logcat are changed when the S Pen position changes
Actual results: The values printed in logcat stay static even when S Pen position changes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2020.3.22f1, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.16f1, 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a15
Reproducible with these devices:
VLNQA00316, Samsung Galaxy Note10 (SM-N970F), Android 9, CPU: Exynos 9 Series 9825, GPU: Mali-G76
