[Input] Right side buttons Ctrl/Shift/Alt get stuck on Chrome WebGL
How to reproduce this bug:
1. Open attached project "KeyCodeTest.zip"
2. Attach "TestInputKey" script to "ColorDefine" object
3. Build for WebGL
4. Observe that right side shift, alt, control keys get toggled instead of single click
