Index error while creating a new project
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_846859-repro.zip"
2. Go to File -> New Project -> Create project
3. Observe the Console window
Expected behavior: No error messages
Actual behavior: ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Argument is out of range.
