Incorrectly culled polygons and apparent gaps are seen in the ocean when the HDRP Water System is used
Reproduction steps:
# Open the attached project
# Open the “/Assets/Test.unity” Scene
# Enter the Play Mode
# Observe the left side of the Game View
Expected result: The ocean is rendered correctly
Actual result: Incorrectly culled polygons, gap in the ocean
Reproducible with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0b3),
Could not test with: 10.9.0 (2020.3.37f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.7f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.11f1) - HDRP Water option is not present,15.0.0 (2023.1.0a4) - DivideByZeroExeption and Render Pipeline errors
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (21H2)
