Inconsistent result when toggling autoConfigureConnectedAnchor of ConfigurableJoint through Inspector or code
How to reproduce:
1. Open QA-supplied project
2. Load scene "Example"
3. Enter the Play mode
4. Select "Cube" in the Hierarchy window
5. Toggle "Auto Configure Connected Anchor" under "Configurable Joint" a few times and observe the upper cube in the Game view
6. Now click "Space" on the keyboard a few times and observe the upper cube in the Game view
7. Compare results
Expected result: Results should be consistent when toggling the autoConfigureConnectedAnchor settings both through Inspector and the code
Actual result: Toggling autoConfigureConnectedAnchor setting through code resets the anchor and makes the cube move, while doing that via Inspector window doesn't
Reproducible with: 5.5.4p4, 5.6.3p2, 2017.1.1f1, 2017.2.0b10, 2017.3.0a7
