[UI] Auto Generate toggle disappears when going into a non-Scene tab of the Lighting window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Window > Rendering > Lighting
3. Click on the Environment tab
Expected result: Both Auto Generate toggle and Generate Lighting option transfers into the new tab
Actual result: Auto Generate toggle disappears, Generate Lighting option transfers
Reproducible with: 2020.1.0a14, 2020.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.26f1, 2019.4.6f1, 2020.1.0a13
Notes:
- In versions below 2020.1.0a14 Environment tab is within Scene tab
- This issue persists in all non-Scene tabs
