[Improved Prefabs] Loading a scene with prefab instance with missing script causes the warnings from both asset and instance
Steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Load "0" scene
3. Enter Play mode (it loads "1" scene)
==>
There are two kind of the same warnings: One from prefab asset (we don't see it) and from prefab instance (exists in the scene)
Expected: No warnings from prefab asset

It is expected that loading the prefab assets will issue this error and it is also expected that instantiating the prefab will issue the error message again
