Import Progress Bar doesn't refresh when downloading Assets from Cache
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Accelerator_ProgressBar" project
2. Connect the project to a Cache server (Edit->Project Settings...->Editor->Cache Server)
3. Reimport all Assets (Assets->Reimport All)
4. Open Task Manager (windows Ctrl+Shift+Esc) or something similar to observe downloading
5. Observe the download progress bar
Expected results: The progress bar refreshes and shows info when downloading from Cache
Actual results: The progress bar doesn't refresh and doesn't show info when downloading from Cache
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.18f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a5
Note:
- It seems that in 2019.4 stream when downloading from Cache there simply is no progress bar instead of just getting stuck on the last imported Asset
