Tooltips for all packages in project inside Package Manager are misaligned. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project
2) Window > Package Manager
3) Hover through all packages in the project
Actual result: Tooltips for all packages in project inside Package Manager are misaligned
Expected Result: Tooltips should not be misaligned for any package
Occurring on: 2020.1.0a10 (deed8847c343)
Working fine on: 2020.1.0a9, 2019.3.0b8
Environment: Windows and Mac
