Tooltip missing for Create and Cancel button in "Scene Template in Project" window on creating New Scene
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Press Ctrl + N to create a new Scene
3. Hover the mouse on Create and Cancel button
Expected Result:
Tooltip should be appeared
Actual Result:
Tooltip is missing
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a15
Environment: Windows and Mac
