[ImageFx][5.4] Instancing a Camera at runtime with a disabled image effect throws self->GetEnabled(), b8 regression
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Scene"
3. Run the scene
4. In console, notice "self->GetEnabled()" errors are being thrown
