[ImageEffects] TCG Gamma is backwards
TCG Gamma variable is backwards.
Repro Steps:
1) Apply TCG to a camera and enable Color Grading
2) Make an object of flat colour
2) Increase Gamma in Color Grading
Expected: Colour gets brighter
Actual: Colour gets darker
