[ImageEffects] Depth of Field script with deferred rendering causes light disappear on specific conditions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project. It has been stripped down to relevant assets and their arrangement in the scene.
2. Open Tree scene and move scene camera a bit. Notice that lights pop in and out. See user's reproduction video for more clarity.
Disabling Depth of Field script, setting rendering to Forward or disabling the Quad gameobject in the scene removes the issue.
