[ILCPP] Thread.Sleep doesn't work
To Reproduce:
1. Deploy the attached project with il2cpp.
2. Click test.
3. Notice that "Thread.Sleep(1000 * 10) (from script "Test.cs") doesn't work, log statements are outputted continuously in xcode.
4. Works fine with mono

Where's this fixed in? I can still repro this in 4.6.2
