[IL2CPP] Using generic struct as dictionary key does not work with IL2CPP
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the latest attached project.
2) Build for iOS or Android with IL2CPP as the Scripting API.
3) Deploy on a device.
Look at the last 2 lines of output on the screen - dict is checked for entries with specific keys. Even though those entries exist in the dict (Mono2x finds those entries), with IL2CPP, they are not found, because generic structs do not work as dict keys with IL2CPP. It works well if value types are used as typeparams.
Reproduced on:
5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a5
