    Same here.
Most games support Win7, and users are unwilling to change the operating system for a game

If Windows 7 can be supported, then why not? Yes, it is insecure but several users are on it and to help with compatibility and to reach more users, game developers would reach out to a wider net. The previous version 2020.1 already had Windows 7 support. Only since 2020.2 it does not.

This should not be fixed. You are using an insecure, unsupported operating system. You should be advising your users to upgrade to a currently supported operating system that does not put people on the internet at risk. Windows 10 is still free for those with a genuine copy of Windows 7. Unity should instead update their specifications that Windows 7 is no longer supported, encouraging their users and their clients to update to fully supported operating systems. There is no excuse to use Windows 7 anymore.
