[IL2CPP] Null exception is thrown at GetOrCreateManager<EntityManager>()
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download 1086610_repro.zip
2. Build project for Standalone with IL2CPP backend
3. Run player
Expected results: No null exceptions are thrown
Actual results: Null exception is thrown at GetOrCreateManager<EntityManager>()
Reproduced with: 0.0.12-preview.20
Not reproducible in the mono backend
