IL2CPP Build fails when a script contains a Nullable Struct that is passed to a generic function that gets its type
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "UpgradeTest.zip"
2. Open Build Settings window
3. Include "SampleScene" to Scene in Build
4. Build the project
Expected result: Build suceeds
Actual result: Build fails
Reproducible with - 2019.4.24f1, 2019.4.27f1
Not reproducible with - 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1
Could not test - 2021.2 (errors while building empty IL2CPP project)
