'Ignore Collision' doesn't work if the object is already colliding
Steps to repo:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Press Play
3. Do the following:
a) Press down while the Capsule is in the air - object will fall through the collider
b) Press down when Capsule has collided with the cube. Capsule won't fall through the collider
Expected behavior: The object should fall through the block regardless of whether you collided with it or not.
