If XRSettings.eyeTextureResolutionScale != 1.0, hololens does not render a scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Switch platform to Windows Store
3. Build for WSA Universal 10 SDK
4. Open Visual Studio solution
5. Deploy on Remote Machine (Hololens)
6. Observe the Hololens does not render the cube
Actual results: XRSettings.eyeTextureResolutionScale != 1.0, hololens does not render the scene
Expected results: Should render the scene
Reproduced with: 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b2
