Identical hashes are used when building Addressables
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Go to Tools -> Test
3. Observe the Console
Expected result: two different hash numbers are logged
Actual result: two identical hash numbers are logged
Reproducible with: 1.18.19, 1.19.19 (2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11)
