Icons in ShaderGraph toolbar appear low quality and squashed
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open a URP Unity Project
# Create a new Shader Graph asset in your assets via Create > Shader Graph > URP > Lit Shader Graph
# Open your new Shader Graph asset by double clicking on it
# Observe the toolbar at the top of the window
*Actual results:* The 'Graph Inspector' and 'Open Shader Graph User Manual' icons are low quality and appear squashed/blurry.

*Expected results:* The 'Graph Inspector' and 'Open Shader Graph User Manual' icons appear high quality. The 'Open Shader Graph User Manual' icon matches the quality of the one from the VFX graph which appears high quality: !image-2024-07-22-14-38-15-489.png!

*Notes:*
* UI was changed in recent versions, hence being unable to test in 2022 and 2021.
* The UI was changed to make it match VFX graphs as part of this PR ([[ShaderGraph] Toolbar UX Improvements by esmeralda-salamone · Pull Request #36502 · unity/unity (unity3d.com)|https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/unity/unity/pull/36502]). VFX Graph does not have this issue and it's user manual button is not low quality: !image-2024-07-22-14-32-30-745.png!
** While not low quality, the dropdown arrows are not the same size between the Shader Graph and VFX Graph toolbars
