[Probuilder] Icons are not displayed and some Gizmos are missing in the Gizmos menu when the Probuilder package is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the Probuilder package
3. Open the Gizmos menu
4. Observe the built-in components like AudioSource or Camera
Expected result: Components like AudioSource and Camera have an icon (Show/Hide Icon button)
Actual result: None of the listed built-in components have an icon
Reproducible with: Probuilder 4.3.0-preview.2 (2019.4.25f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.5f1), 5.0.3 (2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.5f1, 2021.2.0a15)
Not reproducible with: Probuilder 4.3.0-preview.1 (2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.2.7f1, 2020.3.5f1)
Notes:
- After installing the Probuilder package the Gizmo menu item list gets shorter

5.0.4 has been in a RC state for over 6 months now. When will it be released so we can use it without manually installing it from git?

This is still broken with Probuilder 4.5.0 in Unity 2020.3.6.

Poobuilder is absolute garbage of the highest order. For every 1 issue fixed 3 new issues break your project. It's incredible.

Icons aren't the worst issue. The worst part is that you can't disable collider gizmos at all. Makes it very hard to work in character prefab for example.
