[Hub] Unity version removed from Hub reappears after closing and reopening Hub
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Hub
2. Open the "Installs" tab
3. Remove/Uninstall Unity version
4. Close Hub (quit using the system tray)
5. Open Hub and the "Installs" tab again
Expected results: uninstalled/removed version is not in the installed versions list
Actual result: uninstalled/removed version is in the installed versions list
Reproducible with: Hub 2.4.2 - according to the user, Hub 2.4.3
Notes:
- If the version was uninstalled it will reappear in the list but give an error when trying to launch
- Does not happen with all versions only some specific ones. Was able to reproduce with 2021.2.0a18, for the user reproduces with 2021.1.0b3
