[Hub] Unable to remove installed Modules from Unity Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. On the left side menu select "Installs"
3. At the top right corner press "Install Editor"
4. Select Editor to install (e.g. 2019.4.36f1 Unity version)
5. In the Modules window select wanted Modules and press the "Install" button
6. When the installation is finished find the installed Unity version in the Installs list
7. Press the Gear icon and observe the list
Expected result: Installed Modules can be removed
Actual result: Installed Modules cannot be removed
Reproducible with: 3.0.1, 3.1.0-beta.2
Note:
- The issue is reproducible with Android Build Support, iOS Build Support, tvOS Build Support, Linux Build Support (IL2CPP and Mono), Mac Build Support (IL2CPP), WebGL Build Support, Windows Build Support, Lumin OS (Magic Leap) Build Support
- The issue is reproducible with all Unity versions
- Possible workaround: deleting the "PlaybackEngines" folder from the Unity installation folder
