[Hub] Learn Recommended tab is not loading
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Learn -> Recommended
Expected result: Recommended tab is loaded
Actual result: "Something went wrong. Please try again"
Reproducible with: Hub 3.4.0-beta.1
Not reproducible with: Hub 3.3.0
Tested on: MacBook Pro M1 Max, macOS 13.0.1
