Hub fails to install Editor with SSL error
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Try to Install a version (In this case "2020.1.16f1") of the Unity Editor
Expected result: The Editor is downloaded and installed
Actual result: An SSL Error is thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.1.16f1 (Potentially all versions)
Notes: Potential workaround is deleting Hub cache and reinstalling the Hub
Reproduced on HUB version 2.4.1 and 2.4.2
