Hub doesn't sign in when opening it from the browser dialog after clicking "Sign in"
Reproduction steps:
1. Click "Sign in" in the Hub
2. Open Hub when prompted by the browser page
Expected result: the Hub is signed in
Actual result: the Hub is not signed in
Reproducible with: 3.2.0, 3.3.0
Reproducible on: macOS 10.13.6 (Intel), Windows 10
Notes:
1. Hub 3.3.0 Windows 10 users reported issues IN-24569, IN-18382, IN-22984 (linked in comments)
2. The issue wasn't reproduced by QA
