[Hub] "Documentation" module in "Add modules" window changes its position
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install one or two Unity versions;
2. Observe Hub's "Add modules" window;
3. Go to "Installs", select any installed build, click on cog and select "Add modules";
4. Observe Hub's "Add modules" window.
Expected result: "Documentation" module always should be in the same position.
Actual result: "Documentation" module is displayed in different position: sometime above the "Language Packs (Preview), sometimes below the same section. Images added in the attachments section
Reproducible with: 3.4.0-beta.1, 3.3.0.
