[HoloLens] Manipulation Event Data is wonky after resuming from sleep
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Main.unity scene
3. Switch platform to Windows Store
4. Build and run on hololens
5. You should see a White Cube in front of you, drag it around a little
6. Tap the power button to turn off the Hololens screen
7. Turn a little (i.e.: 90 degrees) then hit the power button again to turn on
8. Re-activate ManipulationMalfunction
7. Drag the cube some more
8. You should note after step 7, there is a separation between the Manipulation Cube (White Cube) and the Precision Cube (Red Cube). The Manipulation Cube no longer moves in sync with the hand motions
Actual results: After resuming from sleep the Manipulation Cube no longer moves in sync with the hand motions
Expected: Should behave in the same way as on the first run
