[HoloLens] Crash on play mode with holographic emulation when 'Fantastic' quality setting is disabled for UWP
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "MainScene" scene
3. Open Quality Settings (Edit -> Project Settings -> Quality)
4. Check 'Fantastic' quality setting checkbox under UWP
5. Open Holographic Emulation window
6. Choose any emulation mode
7. Enter and exit play mode everything works fine
8. Uncheck 'Fantastic' quality setting checkbox under UWP
9. Enter play mode
Actual result: Editor either freezes or crashes
Reproducible with: 5.5.3p3(crash), 5.6.1p3(freeze), 2017.1.0b9(freeze), 2017.2.0a3(crash)

Crashes for me in 2017.3 regardless of quality settings.
