Captured video/Image is unable to save in the gallery of Hololens.
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project > Switch to Universal Windows Platform in the Build Settings.
2. Enable Virtual Reality Supported under Player Settings > Add Windows Mixed Reality to the list of SDK's.
3. Add Windows Mixed Reality to the list of SDK's > Build the project to a folder destination.
4. Deploy the .sln project to the device.
5. Enter scene "Video Capture" > Start recording a video by tappimh on "info" text > Stop recording a video by tappimh on "info" text
6. Find the video file on disk under "User Files\LocalAppData[package_name]\LocalState.
Expected Result:
Video appears in the target folder and can be downloaded/saved from WebB and viewed.
Actual Result:
Video does not seem to be getting saved. Cannot find the file on the filesystem anywhere and not showing up in 'Photos' app gallery.
Reproducible on:
2018.2.0b2, 2018.1.0f2, 2017.3.0f3 .
