HingeJoint: Changing the maximum angular limit of the joint breaks minimum angular limit value
To reproduce:
1. Create a hinge joint
2. Enable Limits
3. Open Limits fold out
4. Set min value to 50
5. Set max value to 60
Expected result: Min value is 50, max value is 60
Actual result: After typing in 6 for the max value, the min value resets to 5
