Performance hit when an icon is set as a cursor for the first time with SetCursor on Windows
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "case_1373881.rar"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press "T" key on the keyboard 12 times
Expected result: The initial initialization of the icon for the cursor take less than 0.01 seconds
Actual result: The initial initialization of the icon for the cursor takes around 0.02 seconds
Reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.5f1 2020.3.22f1, 2021.1.2f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.0a11, 2021.2.1f1, 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a10
