High CPU usage in Editor due to mono-2.0-bdwgc.dll when idle
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “CPU_Idle”
2. Open the Task Manager
3. Observe the Unity Editor’s CPU usage
Expected result: CPU usage is low
Actual result: CPU usage is noticeably high
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0b3
